April has been coached by her mother through all her modelling and is now also professionally managed as a singer, since her mother started a event- and artistcompany in 1997.

Through an audition in July 2005, April wins a performance on the young talent stage on the world wide known event in Amsterdam “SAIL”. Further more she wins the Totally Kidz talentshow 2006, which resulted in a duet with a famous dutch artist for a big audience.

April joins several jamsessions in The Haque and sometimes sings with a coverband. Her style is R&B and pop.
In the Netherlands she is already being called the “Dutch Beyoncé”
